"Negatives: We had a small issue with the water supply, which left us without water for a few hours. However, the problem was quickly resolved since it was a general issue in the building, and the owner responded promptly. A minor downside, in my opinion, is the deposit, which I found a bit too high. However, I understand that the owner needs to protect the property from potential damages. That being said, the deposit was quickly refunded after our stay."

"The rental unit is a commercial unit that was turned to apartment, the entry is direct from the street. There is only one windows (and you need to stand on a chair in order to open and close it). During the day the street is super quiet, but starting from 2200 there is extensive noise from the street, that is well heard even if window is closed, as little was invested in windows are poorly acoustic resistance"

"This property was very spacious with 2 double beds and 2 double pull out couches. The pull out couches were very comfortable. The key was quite challenging to open the door. The door also leads right to the road. There is an unpleasant smell coming from the shower drain. Nice stay, other than the smell, steep stairs, and the key issues. The apartment was also not cleaned properly, as we found an Oreo under the sink along with other dust in the apartment. I would stay again, although the small annoyances."

Bairro super tranquilo, o que proporcionou andar a pé até o Louvre, Bastilha, Catedral de Notre Dame. Ainda tem duas linhas de metrô há poucos metros. Atendeu todas nossas expectativas. Recomendo."
